In case of discrepancies between a game’s displayed results and the Site’s records, the Site’s records shall be conclusive. Automatic play or manipulation of software is prohibited and may lead to termination of the Account and forfeiture of winnings.
Deposits must be funded from legitimate, verifiable sources. Funds become available for use in the Account after processing. Withdrawals are subject to verification and compliance checks. Cbaji maintains wager and transaction records for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of each transaction. Such records may be accessed by dispute resolution authorities in the event of a dispute.
To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. The total liability of the Site for any and all claims shall be limited to the lesser of the amount of wagers placed by you on the Site or EUR 500 per event or occurrence, unless otherwise required by law. In the event of suspension or termination, the Company may withhold or confiscate funds, void bets, or reverse winnings subject to applicable law. Notice of suspension or termination may be provided where feasible.
Cbaji supports responsible gaming. If you suspect you have a gambling problem, you may access available resources and self-exclusion options. Initiation of self-exclusion may affect access to the Site and related services and may be permanent or temporary depending on jurisdiction.
All communications under these Terms shall be in writing and sent to the registered email address associated with your Account. You consent to electronic communications and shall review messages sent by the Site.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction of the Operator. These Terms are drafted in English. If a translation is provided, the English version shall prevail in case of inconsistency.
