Payments & Withdrawals

Overview

Cbaji's Payments & Withdrawals policy governs all funding and payout activities and is binding on every account. It specifies accepted methods, limits, verification, timing, and dispute handling. The policy applies to deposits, bets and withdrawals, and governs how funds move in and out of user accounts.

Accepted payment methods and currencies

Cbaji supports multiple funding methods across fiat and digital assets. Users must select a base currency during registration; all deposits and withdrawals are conducted in the account's base currency unless a conversion is explicitly applied. Availability of methods and currencies varies by jurisdiction and account type.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard. Each card deposit is subject to per-transaction and periodical caps as published in the cashier interface.
  • Bank Transfers and Online Banking: Local and international transfers supported where available; processing times depend on banking networks.
  • E-wallets and Payment Solutions: A range of electronic wallets may be used for deposits and withdrawals; limits apply per method.
  • Cryptocurrencies: Selected digital assets may be accepted for deposits and withdrawals; thresholds and confirmation requirements apply per asset.

Deposits

Deposits must be made from funds owned by the account holder and in the name of the registered user. The minimum deposit is 20 EUR or the equivalent in the account's base currency. Deposits are credited after payment confirmation and any required verification is completed.

  • Limits by method (illustrative ranges):
    • Card: min 20 EUR; max 5,000 EUR per transaction; daily limit 10,000 EUR; monthly limit 30,000 EUR.
    • E-wallet: min 20 EUR; max 10,000 EUR per transaction; daily 30,000 EUR; monthly 100,000 EUR.
    • Cryptocurrency: min 50 EUR; max 100,000 EUR per transaction; network confirmations apply.
  • Processing times: Deposits are typically credited promptly after confirmation but may require additional verification for high-value deposits or unusual activity.
  • Fees: Some methods may incur processing fees; the exact amount is disclosed prior to deposit confirmation.
  • Third-party deposits: Deposits must be made by the account holder; deposits from third parties are not permitted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals require completed identity verification (KYC) and compliance with AML controls. Withdrawals follow the same-name requirement for payment accounts where applicable. The minimum withdrawal amount is 40 EUR or the equivalent.

  • Per-transaction and interval limits: The maximum withdrawal per transaction depends on the method; combined daily, weekly, and monthly caps apply (for example, up to 5,000 EUR per transaction, 5,000 EUR per day, 10,000 EUR per week, and 30,000 EUR per month for certain methods). If a withdrawal would exceed these limits, it will be issued in installments.
  • Method matching: Withdrawals are processed via the same method used for deposits where feasible. If matching is not possible, alternate arrangements may be used with prior notice and confirmation.
  • Crypto withdrawals: Withdrawals to the bound wallet require confirmation of the prior deposit and network confirmations before processing.
  • Processing time: A withdrawal request is reviewed and either approved or denied within two (2) business days, subject to verification and security checks.
  • Cancellation: A withdrawal request in the pending state may be cancelled by the user prior to finalization; funds are returned to the account balance. Once finalized, cancellation may be limited.

Fees and charges

Fees may apply for deposits or withdrawals depending on the chosen method and jurisdiction. Any applicable charges are disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.

Chargebacks, refunds and adjustments

The following governs disputed or erroneous payments:

  • Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated, the platform may suspend the account and recover funds and related costs. Penalties may be imposed, and future winnings may be offset to cover such costs. Identity verification may be required before proceeding with chargeback-related actions.
  • Refunds: The company may issue refunds for eligible transactions where grounds exist (for example, accidental credits or erroneous debits). Refunds are processed by the company and do not involve the payment processor or bank; refunds are subject to verification and stated timeframes. In wagering, funds used for bets are consumed on placement and may not be refundable in certain cases.

Transaction history and monitoring

Users can monitor the status of deposits and withdrawals via the Transaction History section of their account. Status descriptors include Pending, Processed, Completed, and Rejected. Any discrepancy should be reported to Support within 14 days of the transaction.

Identity, age and security

Cbaji adheres to applicable age-verification requirements. Gambling is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the minimum age required by the user’s jurisdiction. The platform may request identity documents to confirm age and ownership of payment methods.

Support

For payment-related inquiries, contact our 24/7 Live Support or use in-account messaging. Support may request additional documentation to resolve issues related to deposits, withdrawals, or verification.
