General Terms
These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonuses offered by Cbaji. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms. Bonuses are granted to individual accounts and are non transferable. Cbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to determine eligibility in cases of suspected abuse. Compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements is required for bonus participation.
Eligibility and Scope

Wagering Requirements and Playthrough

General principle: bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be requested. Wagering is calculated on the eligible bonus amount and, where stated, on winnings derived from bonus features.

Multiple active bonuses: if more than one bonus is active, wagering is applied to the bonus with the highest amount first. Wagering on real money funds occurs before bonus funds.

Progress tracking: wagering progress is displayed in the user’s account. If wagering is not completed within the stated time frame, the remaining bonus balance and any related winnings may be forfeited.
Time Limits, Expiry, and Renewals

Time limits: standard bonuses are valid for 14 days from receipt unless the offer states a different period. Free spins have separate activation and expiry windows as published in the promotion.

Promotion expiry: if wagering conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from the bonus are voided.
Withdrawal Limits and Verification

Withdrawal eligibility: to request a withdrawal, you must have completed account verification and made a qualifying deposit.

Maximum withdrawal: bonus related winnings are subject to a cap per bonus. The base withdrawal limit remains subject to anti fraud and regulatory requirements; legitimate winnings are payable once all conditions are satisfied.

Bonus Cancellation, Abuse and Irregular Play
Cbaji maintains a zero tolerance policy for bonus abuse. The following behaviours constitute irregular play and may lead to promotion revocation, forfeiture of winnings, or account suspension: exploiting multiple accounts, collusion, hedge betting, deliberately delaying game rounds to meet wagering, or any activity that artificially inflates wagering requirements. Cbaji reserves the right to review transactions and logs and to withhold or confiscate funds if irregular play is detected. If a bonus is revoked or cancelled, any unspent bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited.
Modification and Suspension
Cbaji may modify, suspend, or terminate bonuses or terms at any time. When possible, notice will be provided in the account. However, promotions may be withdrawn without notice in exceptional circumstances, including compliance with regulatory requirements or security concerns. These terms supplement the general Terms and Conditions of Use and do not replace them.
