Cbaji's Affiliate Program offers revenue-sharing opportunities for partners who promote the Cbaji online gaming platform. By joining, you agree to the terms herein and to comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
The program provides a tiered revenue share and optional CPA or Hybrid deals. Revenue share is calculated as a percentage of Net Revenue generated by referred players, where Net Revenue equals Gross Revenue minus player bonuses, refunds, and platform fees where applicable.
Custom CPA and Hybrid arrangements are available by agreement and are tailored to traffic volume and quality.
Payments are issued monthly within five business days after the end of each calendar month. The minimum payout threshold is 50 USD or its equivalent in approved currencies. Payouts are made via electronic funds transfer or cryptocurrency where permitted by applicable law and platform policy.
The Program provides an affiliate dashboard with real-time performance metrics, including clicks, referrals, conversions, and earnings. A detailed monthly performance report is issued within the first five business days of each month. All data collection and processing comply with applicable data protection laws.
Affiliates have access to marketing assets such as banners, tracking links, and landing pages. Custom creatives may be requested. All marketing activities must comply with applicable advertising laws, platform terms, and responsible gaming policies. Affiliates shall not misrepresent Cbaji products, conceal terms, or engage in deceptive marketing. Tracking links must be used as provided and not altered.
The Program operates globally subject to applicable law. Affiliates are responsible for compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction. The Program maintains a list of restricted jurisdictions; promotion into those markets may result in termination and withholding of commissions. Affiliates agree to comply with applicable anti-money laundering, gambling, and data privacy regulations.
To enroll, complete the Affiliate Sign-Up form in the Program portal and submit the required information about your platform and audience. Applications are reviewed within five business days. Upon approval, you will configure your payment method and gain access to Affiliate Links and tracking assets.
Participation of sub-affiliates is permitted under stated terms. Earnings from sub-affiliates accrue to the primary Affiliate under the agreed structure. No negative carryover applies unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
This Affiliate Agreement governs participation in the Cbaji Affiliate Program. By applying, you agree to be bound by these terms, including any updates or changes. Cbaji reserves the right to modify terms with reasonable notice. The governing law shall be the jurisdiction in which Cbaji operates. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Affiliate and Cbaji relating to the Program.
