Self-Exclusion at Cbaji

Cbaji provides a formal self-exclusion mechanism to assist users in managing gambling behaviour. You may request to exclude yourself from placing bets on the Site for a defined period or on a permanent basis.

  • Residents outside the United Kingdom: the chosen exclusion period ends automatically and your account reactivates at the end of the term.
  • Residents of the United Kingdom: the exclusion remains in effect for the chosen period and reactivation requires direct contact with our support team after the period ends.

Initiating Self-Exclusion

  1. Log in to your Cbaji account.
  2. Navigate to the Self-Exclusion section within your account settings.
  3. Select the desired exclusion duration and submit the request. You will receive confirmation through the secure messaging channel.

During the exclusion, you will not be able to place bets on the Site. You may still log in to withdraw any remaining balance, if permitted by our processes.

What Happens During Self-Exclusion

  • You are prevented from placing bets or opening new betting opportunities on the Site.
  • You will not be able to open a new account during the exclusion period.
  • Entries, non-cash prizes, or invitations granted prior to the exclusion and not yet redeemed may be forfeited or withdrawn, including event tickets or similar awards.
  • We may take steps to detect and block any attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account.

End of Exclusion and Reactivation

At the end of the exclusion period, reactivation occurs as follows: for residents outside the United Kingdom, the account is automatically reactivated. For United Kingdom residents, reactivation requires contacting our support team to lift the exclusion and restore access to the account.

Cooling Off Periods (Time-Out)

Residents of the United Kingdom may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, or 6 weeks. A cooling-off period operates separately from self-exclusion and ends with automatic reactivation when the period expires. During a cooling-off, placing bets is not permitted.

Alternative Safeguards and Support

If we believe that gambling may cause financial or personal difficulties, we may close your account. You must not open a new account. If you do so, the action is at your own risk and we cannot be held liable. We encourage seeking support from problem gambling services and advise removing the Site from marketing communications where applicable.

Exclusion from Other Operators
