Sport Betting Rules

1. General provisions

These Sport Betting Rules govern the use of the Cbaji sportsbook. By placing a bet, the account holder agrees to be bound by these rules. The rules apply to users where online sports betting is legally permissible under applicable law. The age requirement is the age of majority in the user’s jurisdiction, and in any event not less than 18 years.

  • Line — the formal listing of events and associated odds published by Cbaji for betting.
  • Player — an individual who has registered and placed bets on the platform.
  • Bet — an agreement to accept the terms of the line by depositing funds to participate in the market.
  • Outcome — a discrete market position within a line on which bets may be placed.
  • Odds — the multiplier used to calculate potential winnings; final odds may reflect event-related adjustments.
  • Result — the official outcome of the event or market used to determine settlement.
  • Live — bets placed on events while they are in progress.

2. Bets and market formats

The Company offers several market formats for wager placement. Bets are valid upon acceptance of the line by the platform. Where a change to the line occurs after bet acceptance, the terms set out in these rules govern the treatment of existing bets.

  • Single — a bet on the outcome of a single event.
  • Multiple — a combined bet on several independent outcomes. A single incorrect outcome cancels the entire bet; winnings are calculated by multiplying the stake by the product of the odds for all selections.
  • System — a collection of multiple bets on a fixed set of outcomes. Payouts derive from the sum of the winnings on each included multiple bet; each included bet is settled separately.
  • Conditional — a chain of bets where only the main part is paid from the winnings of preceding parts; the remaining parts are funded from those winnings. Events in the first part cannot be included in the remaining portions.
  • Restrictions — it is prohibited to include in a single bet events that relate to the same match within a Multiple or System. If such an inclusion occurs, the Company may refund the affected bet or apply other remedies at its sole discretion.

3. Line, odds and settlement

The final odds for any bet reflect event-specific considerations, including postponements, transfers or market changes. The Company reserves the right to modify odds prior to bet acceptance; a bettor may accept or reject such adjustments unless an automatic acceptance option is enabled.

  • Pre-match and live bets — Bets are accepted on the relevant line before the event starts; live bets are accepted during the event on outcomes where the result is not yet determined.
  • Void and refunds — Bets placed on events where the result was already known at the time of bet acceptance are void and funds are returned. Incorrect or delayed data may lead to re-settlement where appropriate.
  • Settlement — Unless stated otherwise, winnings are calculated using the odds applicable at the time of bet acceptance. For Live bets, settlement uses official results at the conclusion of the event, subject to the rules governing in-play termination and interruptions.
  • Errors — Cbaji is not responsible for obvious data or display errors. In cases of palpably incorrect odds or results, the Company may cancel or adjust affected bets in its sole discretion.

4. Bet acceptance, limits and cancellations

Bets are accepted when the platform confirms the bet in the bettor’s account history. The Company may modify betting limits, maximum or minimum stakes, or market availability at any time and without prior notice. Bets may be voided or cancelled if the event result is not in dispute or if the bet is placed in breach of these rules.

  • Start times — Prematch bets are accepted before the event start unless otherwise stated; live bets require ongoing event activity.
  • Disputes — Issues concerning unsettled bets or incorrect settlements must be raised within 30 days from the event’s conclusion.
  • Account restrictions — The Company may block or suspend accounts for suspected fraud, rule violations, or automated-betting activity, and may require additional verification.
  • Prohibited conduct — Repeated identical bets to bypass limits, multi-accounting, or use of automated tools may trigger restrictions or account closure.
  • Cancellation and modification — The Company reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, misworded events or odds, late changes to start times, or suspected manipulation.

5. Live betting

Live bets are accepted during events on outcomes with undetermined results. In-play odds update in real time and may move rapidly. Settlement occurs based on outcomes as determined by official sources or the event organizer at the conclusion of the event.

  • Non-competing participants — Bets on athletes or participants not actively competing may be void.
  • Claim window — Claims regarding Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours from the start of the event.
  • Abandonment or interruption — If a match is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours from the original start time, the Company may settle according to the last determined official result or void remaining unsettled bets.
  • VAR and interim decisions — Decisions arising from official video review that alter the understood state of the match may void affected bets, subject to market-specific exceptions where odds remain unaffected.

6. Balances and wagering on bonuses

Players hold two balances: real balance and bonus balance. Real balance is used first for bets. Winnings from bonus bets are credited to the bonus balance, subject to the bonus terms published when the bonus was granted.

  • Bonus activation and deactivation — If a bet is placed from a bonus balance which is subsequently deactivated prior to settlement, the bet may be voided and funds returned in accordance with the bonus terms.
  • Conversion to real funds — If a bonus-funded bet is converted into real funds, handling of that bet follows the applicable bonus terms and the Company may apply settlement rules applicable to bonus-funded activity.
  • Real funds option — A bettor may choose to place bets using real funds only, avoiding bonus funds altogether.
  • Bonus restrictions — While a bonus is active, it is prohibited to place bets on more than one outcome within the same market in a single event. Breach of this prohibition may result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom and may lead to additional limits or account restrictions.

7. Eligibility and anti-fraud measures

Cbaji restricts access to the platform to eligible persons and reserves the right to take action in cases of suspected fraud or rule violations. Prohibited categories include those under the applicable age threshold, individuals associated with event participants or betting operators, and individuals employing unfair strategies or multiple accounts to obtain an advantage. Verification procedures, including identity verification and, where necessary, video verification, may be conducted in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Identification and funding — The Company may require identity confirmation and information regarding the origin of funds. Non-compliance may result in account restrictions or fund retention.
  • Account sharing — Re-registration or sharing of accounts is prohibited without explicit permission from the Company and may void associated bets.

8. Disputes, rule changes and general interpretation

Cbaji may amend these rules. Changes apply to future bets, while existing bets remain governed by the terms in force at the time of acceptance. The English version of these rules prevails in the event of any inconsistency. In all unsettled matters, the Company’s decision is final and will be grounded in applicable law and official sources.

9. Market specifics and miscellaneous settlements

Common market definitions and settlement practices apply unless stated otherwise in the market description. Examples include standard market abbreviations (1 for Team 1 to win, X for Draw, 2 for Team 2 to win), handicap adjustments, and totals. Final settlement uses official results; in cases of postponement, abandonment, or changing formats, the Company may void or adjust bets in accordance with the market description and these rules.

  • Outrights and Play-or-pay — Outright markets may stand or lose according to participation and competition outcomes; “Play-or-pay” means bets on participants may stand regardless of non-participation, with H2H markets treated separately.
  • Exact scores and time-based markets — Correct score, HT/FT and other time-based markets settle according to official scores at the conclusion of the relevant period.

10. Special cases and refunds

Cbaji may void or refund bets in cases of suspicious activity, altered official results, event cancellation, or material system errors. In contentious situations lacking precedents, settlement decisions will be based on available official data and governing rules. All refunds are credited to the bettor’s account.
